PACKING & SHIPPING
Packages are processed the same day to get to the last USPS mail pickup at 5 PM. Most packages are shipped in 6"x 4" x 3" boxes. Mini-Jar orders are usually mailed in 6"x4" bags in a bubble pouch. You are emailed a tracking number when your package ships and updates are emailed right up to when your package is delivered. Most US packages are mailed priority mail with international order mailed first class USPS, which includes Canada.

In the event of a failed delivery, please understand that all it not lost, usually this only means there was not time to deliver your package. Virtually all failed deliveries are delivered. We will be happy to mail a new replacement immediately in the event of a package not delivered or send a supplemental package to hold you over till the delayed package arrives.
RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied for any reason you are entitled to a full refund of the total purchase. We will send packaging with postage so you can return the cream free of charge, though this is at our discretion and not always done. If you feel you are stuck with a cream you can not use either because of it going bad or you wish to discontinue its use, a full refund will usually be given without a time limit.
