Ona's natural progesterone cream is excellent, it is natural which i like and it works well

I am SO happy to use a fraction of the amount of my old cream! This rubs in easily and cleanly right away - no more rubbing cream in for five minutes, only to end up with greasy skin. My only complaint is the pump bottle, which allows cream to seep out the nozzle. Luckily, the tight-fitting cap stops this, but I have to remember to get the cap back on right away.

It has really saved my life. I can't live without my ona's progesterone cream.

I had been using a 2% preparation, at 1/4tsp twice a day, and I was quickly running out of body surface area: I am about 5'3 and 125 pounds. Being able to get a 10% prep easily and quickly makes it so much easier to use! I only need about .25cc at a time. I like that there is vitamin E in it too, and that its odorless and non-greasy. I have no complaints whatsoever!

Just got my bottle of 3% cream. I can't tell a big difference between 10% and 3%. Love them both!

I just ordered my 2nd 3.4 oz pump and I can't speak highly enough about it's quality and effectiveness. I was using a 5% cream that had no toxic chemicals and preservitive but I noticed that after the 2nd application in the same day the effectiveness just wasn't the same. Not with Ona's, I use 1000 mgs a day and I can always feel it working even after using the cream in the same area more then once a day. I highly recommend Ona's.

i have been taking the 10% cream for 2 months and the hot flashes have abated but i gained a significant amout of weight and still have sleep issues. I am pleased with the shipping and response support with questions i have asked will gove the progesterone more time as i had recently come off pf HRT when i started the progesterone.

I found out yesterday that the middle of the jar was not there. There was a big hollow spot in the cream that about 2 tablespoons worth of cream would have fit into. I realize that this must have been a machine error or something. I took a photo of it if you would like to see it.

I don't think there is another company with a stronger cream than Ona's 10%

I have tried many creams but this cream really works for me. I have self diagnosed Estrogen Dominance and Low Progesterone due to the removal of my Mirena coil. All the doctors have said in response to a 60 lb weight gain, terrible sweats and swollen ankles was to put me on synthetic HRT an send me to a slimming clinic. Within one day of using Ona's cream my feet are back to normal and my sweats have stopped.

I purchased a 5 pack of Ona's 10% progesterone cream a couple of weeks ago. I had been using Ona's 10% cream for a few months before buying this bulk order. I have been using this new batch for about one week now and I feel fantastic! I was concerned that the finer milled product and higher absorption rate could be problematic for me, but as of yet it hasn't been an issue at all. I am sleeping well, I have steady energy, and my mood stability is fine. We'll see how it goes, but I'm pretty happy about that so far. I am using 125 mg, twice a day, just during my luteal phase.

Communication with the company was fantastic from the placing of my order all the way through till I received it. The cream is very nice, the dispenser is easy to use and one pump gives you exactly what you need. I've only been using this cream for 5 days and so far it's wonderful.

It's fine. I'm using it in addition to my compounded so not sure how it is working. The pump is kind of bad. Very little comes out and I'm on 200mg compounded at 20% and that is equal to a lot more product I rub on. Very small amount comes out of onas...much smaller and its only 10%. It also ended up being about the same price as my compounded but at the lower 10%. Hope that makes sense. But so very happy it's available with out a RX!

I'm sure it's a high quality product. Many people I know use it successfully, but there must be some ingredient that I have adverse reactions.....so I won't be buying it again. Sorry.

I tried Ona's for almost 2 months..never felt so sick..tachycardia, headache and dizziness. I have been on progesterone for the last 5 years so I am not new at it. Unfortunately, Ona's wasn't a good fit for my body. At least I tried.

Ona's is concentrated which means less cream to apply. Which is significant since applying tons of cream each day often makes compliance with hrt a challenge. Makes sense.

After 3 months of taking Ona's 10% I have almost as much energy as I did before I had my ovaries removed/hysterectomy 4 years ago. I'm very happy I found Ona's. On side note, I found that 400 mg two times a day worked wonders for me. I noticed that right before completing my most recent pump I started having fatigue; I was getting worried. I just found out that my container was L250, which contains a higher % of cream, which means that I'm back to finding the right dosage.

My cream arrived, but the top of the jar had come off in the box, and there was no seal. I called the company, and had a new jar within 2 days (and I live on the other coast from Una). I will continue to purchase the cream from Una's.

I received everything quickly and efficiently and the pump worked, I think because the cylinder gets too cold it interferes with the creme pumping. Warming it up some in warm water has helped, I will probably switch to a different method next time. Too bad you don't have the click dosage cylinders

There isn't a an OTC progesterone cream on the market which compares to Ona's. I've tried several and recommend a couple at my women's health blog. But, after seeing and trying Ona's for myself, I now recommend hers above all else. Great product!

Noticed improvement in symptoms very quickly. The only thing I didn't care for, but have gotten used to is that it does not absorb as quickly as some others and is a little "greasy" but I also believe this lends to the nourishment if your skin so worth it. I will definitely purchase again.

I've only been using Ona's for 5 days. It took quite a while to arrive but I will be ordering from the Aus site from now on. The consistency of the cream is very nice. Hopefully these hot flushes go soon!

I am so glad I found Ona's Natural Progesterone Cream! I am on my second 1.7 oz pump container and have already noticed a difference. I use 200 mg. a day. I have noticed that I don't feel so bad before my period and don't have the cramping which is very nice. I am happy about the price and the 10% progesterone. Prior to using Ona's I used a progesterone cream with only 1.8% and putting 100 mg. on my skin made it run out fast. I don't have that problem with Ona's cream. Thank you for making this cream.

I love this cream. I love how much stronger it is than all the other creams I've tried. I can already feel a difference after less than a week of using it. It shipped quickly and for free too which I really appreciate. It's a little greasy and has that progesterone cream smell, but I can deal with that, in order to feel better.

I was a little nervous switching to your cream but from the first time using it I loved it. It absorbs great the amount is so much less that others I don't have to slather my whole body. I am very pleased that I can begin with such a small amount. My order says that it's 3% cream and the jar is labeled 2% cream. I am assuming that the content is indeed 3%. I use my new 10% cream right when I got it. I took. A nap 2 hrs later. I never nap! I have high hopes that my Onas cream is helping to balance my hormones.

Ona''s Progesterone Cream is so different from another cream I use to use. It has a great, smooth consistency that absorbs into the skin so much faster and more completely. I have only been using the cream (4oz. Jar of 10% concentration) for a few weeks but have noticed that it makes my skin look more youthful looking and I can also tell that this concentration is what my body needs for the hormonal adjustments too. I am about to make an order for multiple jars and will be upping my doses to combat the estrogen dominance symptoms. Looking forward to posting the results in a few more weeks. I was told to get some of this cream by my doctor, but I am not sure exactly what it is supposed to do. However, I can say that it spreads nicely on my skin, and it is not greasy. There is no 'medicine odor', and it does not irritate or burn my skin. For as long as my doctor tells me I need to use this kind of cream, I will use Ona's. The ordering was easy, and the delivery was timely. I am happy with the cream, and will find out from my doctor, next week, what it is supposed to do.

I've used a couple of tubes of Natpro and have waited several months to order more. I've also used another cream that I've been happy with but since trying Ona's 10% Progesterone Cream, this is the one I'll stick with! I was surprised at the quality of the product. I recently had a saliva hormone test. My progesterone levels were actually high! I was instructed by my doctor to use only half of a pump until I used it up and then purchase the 10 mg progesterone.

Have only had it a few days so I don't know how well it works yet, but I really like how it rubs in. It is very smooth and seems to absorb well. Was a little "itchy" on inner thigh area, but worked well on inner arm area. Like the 10% concentration!

Hat wunderbar geklappt mit dem Versand nach Deutschland. Habe versuchsweise erst Probedosen bestellt und dann erst die Große. War jedes Mal reibungslos, auch wenn es das zweite mal wegen Weihnachten und Silvester erheblich länger gedauert hat. Es ist über beide Feiertage einfach mal komplett unterwegs liegen geblieben^^ Ich hatte davor das 1%ige Proggel vom Arzt verschrieben bekommen, davor eigenständig georderte 3%ige. Das Gel wollte so garnicht funktionieren, egal wieviel ich davon geschmiert habe. Auch einige von den 3%igen davor wollten mir nicht so zusagen. Entweder war die Konsistenz nicht gut, der geruch, oder die Wirkung seltsam (doch künstliches Prog?). Mit Ona''s Natural bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden, auch wenn ich erst 2 Zyklen durch habe (beginne gerade den 3.). Endlich keine Brustschmerzen mehr 1-2 Wochen vorher! Das hat ab dem 2. I've never seen 10% anywhere, OTC. This is the strength my doc prescribed. Uzzi Reiss, MD, says to rub the cream vigorously, may leave a small red spot, for max absorbtion. With weaker creams, you'd be there all day.

This has literally changed my life! Iv gone from having horrendous periods, as though there was a knife stuck in my womb (Complete agony) and I couldn't function properly or get out of bed, to now just being slightly bloated and a little sore. I like the concentration and the feel of it. The product itself gets five starts from me. I just wish it came with a tiny spoon of the right size, so I wouldn't have to eyeball the amount.

Ona''s customer service is faultless, and the cream feels nice on the skin, but whether the cream is helping me I am not yet sure. I do seem to be sleeping better and the hot flushes are not so unbearable but I still get several a day and especially at night. I am experimenting with increasing the dose of cream but am wondering whether getting tablets from the doctor might work out cheaper...

I waited until I had a bit of time using this product before reviewing Ona's 10% progesterone cream. What a wonderful cream! I can get my higher doses with much less cream, and I feel so much better. This is the only cream I will ever use or need!

Ever since my doctor told me my levels of progesterone had gone up nicely since I started using this cream, I have been a loyal customer.

I knew I had a progesterone deficiency and as a result had really bad insomnia and anxiety. After using it just a couple days I've been sleeping better. Will post another review in a couple weeks to see if it keeps up.

I noticed a real change by the second morning after initial dose of 400mg/day. (I actually wanted to get out of bed😉). And after the first 2 weeks of consistent daily use (400-100mg/day), I can honestly say that's it's been about 6-7 days since I've had the despairing sense of hopelessness I was previously experiencing. Ich hatte gegoggelt und bin auf Ona's Seite gestoßen. Auf FB hatte sie mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ein paar Fragen beantwortet. Also kaum hatte bestellt, ging die Lieferung noch am selben Tag raus. Da war ich schon begeistert und genau 1 Woche später war die Lieferung da. Ich fiebere schon meiner ersten Lieferung und dem Testen entgegen. Nun die rene ist prima in der Konsistenz. Und man benötigt ja auch nicht viel. Geruch ist völlig neutral und angenehm. Nun nehme ich es den 4. Tag und will noch nicht zuviel verraten. Aber ich fühle mich schon etwas besser. Das jedoch kann ich wohl definitiv erst in ein paar Tagen/Wochen beurteilen. Allerdings hatte ich meine Periode diese Woche und ich könnte schwören, dass es bereits am 2.Tag weniger Ziehen in Unterleib und Brust gab. Alles in allem bisher TOP. I read about Ona's crm, went online and ordered 4 (the best value) will last absolutely ages and about a year I should think. Arrived in the UK within a week or so, very impressed, but the best thing is the cream works and how it works! Works wonderfully

The pump is hard to work, which makes it hard to know if I'm getting the full dose. But that didn't end up mattering for me. I used the whole thing in about four days and while all my symptoms slowly returned. I went back to my other two brands and felt much better. What gives?? I've talked to two people who thought it was good but didn't say what benefits they received.

I've used this cream for 3 weeks and have systematically increased the daily dosage as my estrogen symptoms have appeared and subsequently reduced. The night sweats and insomnia are improving, resulting in better sleep. I feel calmer emotionally and physically. I'm pleased with the strength of the 10% cream because I can use less than other lower dose products, which makes Ona's more cost efficient. The cream absorbs well and is nourishing to my skin.
